Announcing the 'CI2' Series
An evolution of the 'Conceptual Impressionism' series, 'CI2' introduces acrylic paint textures within a background of rich color. A meditation on color, harmony, richness, composition, and gesture in the landscape, 'CI2' is influenced by the late work of Claude Monet. The series was significantly inspired by the exhibit 'Claude Monet: The Truth of Nature' presented at the Denver Art Museum in the winter of 2019.
